• Natural Vegetable Dyes: The word “Chobi” comes from the Persian word for wood (chob). These rugs are crafted using hand-spun wool dyed exclusively with natural vegetable pigments derived from tree bark, roots, walnut husks, and fruit peels, giving them soft, organic shades.

• Muted Palette: Features subtle shades of ivory, beige, terracotta, sage green, soft gold, and muted blue rather than bold or saturated primary colors.

• Classic Patterns: Often showcase open, large-scale palmette, floral, or vine motifs (influenced by classic 19th-century Sultanabad and Ziegler styles) without an overly dense central medallion.
