Because rugs and carpets are often handmade or individually produced, minor variations in colour, pattern, texture, measurements and appearance may occur.

Photographs may also appear slightly different depending on the customer’s screen or device.

3. Product Availability

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.

Some carpets or rugs may be sourced from suppliers, third parties, exhibitions, storage locations or other locations and may not always be physically in our possession at the time an order is placed.

An order placed through the website does not automatically guarantee that a particular carpet is still available. We may need to confirm availability before an order is considered final.

If a selected carpet is unavailable, has already been sold, cannot be sourced, or cannot reasonably be supplied, we will contact the customer as soon as reasonably possible.

In such circumstances, the customer may be offered an alternative product or, where applicable, a cancellation and refund for any amount already paid for the unavailable product.

Rasuly Persian Rugs will not knowingly accept payment for a product that we are unable to supply without contacting the customer regarding the situation.

4. Prices

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

The price applicable to an order will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, unless an obvious pricing error has occurred.

Delivery charges and other applicable charges may be displayed separately before payment is completed.

5. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected product.

We reserve the right to accept or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, incorrectly described or affected by a technical error.

We may contact the customer to confirm order details before processing an order.

6. Payment

Payments made through the website may be processed by third-party payment providers, including PayFast.

An order will only be processed once payment has been successfully received or otherwise authorised.

7. Delivery

Delivery times provided on the website are estimates and may vary depending on the customer’s location, product availability, courier services and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information may be the customer’s responsibility.
